What do you do at Bright and how did you get into that?
I’m a designer here at Bright. I can’t really think of a time when I didn’t love art and
design. It’s been a part of me for so long that getting a degree in graphic design
seemed like the natural choice.
What rule do you live by?
There is a quote from the Dalai Lama that I try to live by. “This is my simple religion.
There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain,
our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.”
Game of Thrones or Entourage?
The Walking Dead. Definitely.
Can you cook? If so, what do you cook well?
Yes! I make a mean marinara sauce and my hamburgers are pretty respectable as well.
What was the last book you read?
“A Clockwork Orange” by Anthony Burgess and I’m currently in the middle of
“1776” by David McCullough.
How do you describe yourself in one word?
What is the one unique habit or daily ritual you have?
I try to listen to a different podcast every day and learn about a variety of subjects.
I’m also teaching myself to quilt, so a lot of my time is filled with that.
